We are proud to announce that the FieldHawk Dual-Wireless is now available for sale. The Dual-Wireless system has all the same features as the Dual system, except it offers complete wireless connectivity at the pole. On the pole side the FieldHawk radio contains two Bluetooth radios. One long range radio for the radio link to the instrument, and a short range radio for the link to your data collector. The wireless connectivity is achieved by using a Bluetooth card or the built-in Bluetooth radio in you data collector. Instead of using a serial cable, you connect the data collector with a Bluetooth connection to the pole radio. During testing it was very evident within 10 minutes of use, that having no cables at the pole is very useful. We're sure you will love this system as much as we do!
