Delivery

• Your credit card will not be charged until the day we ship your order.
• If an incorrect address has been given to JP Works Consulting with the order, we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage cost incurred.

Returns and Warranty Information

• We are committed to your satisfaction.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it back to us, no questions asked.
• All returned products must have an RMA number clearly labelled on the package.  To get an RMA number please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  Returned packages that don't have a RMA number will not be accepted!
• It is important to follow the instructions provided with your RMA if you are returning products from outside Canada. The customs documentation must be labeled "Items returned for repair".
• We must test all returned products before we can issue a refund or exchange products.  Some of the components are not manufactured by us so we need to test returns so we can file claims on defective or damaged goods with manufacturers or shipping companies.
• If your order arrives damaged, you have 48 hours to contact us to inform us of this.  Please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your order number and a brief description of the situation.
• All shipping costs for items that are being returned, or returned for warranty repair will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.

 Important things to note when returning your purchase.

• You must have an RMA number.
• Please carefully follow the instructions sent to you with your RMA number.
• You will be refunded the full invoice amount minus shipping.
• All customs and brokerage charges incurred will be withheld from the refund amount.

Sales Tax and Brokerage Fees

• JP Works Consulting is located in British Columbia, Canada.  We are required to collect PST on orders placed within this province.  All other provinces will be charged GST.
• For all other countries, many countries charge duty and or taxes on goods at the point of import, these will normally be collected by the courier used to deliver the goods.  We have no control over these charges, they are set by your government.  The customer is responsible for all these additional costs.

Privacy

• We use PayPal to process all online orders.  Please review PayPal's rights and disclaimer for more information.
• We do collect some information from PayPal such as shipping and billing addresses.

Security

• All online orders are completed on encrypted processing pages.
• All financial details are handled by PayPal.
• We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you.

Pricing

• We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.  If an error has occurred with a published price, we will inform the customer of the change before payment is processed.  We will also offer the opportunity to cancel the order.
• If an order is placed for an item with an erroneous price, and the erroneous price is less than the retail price of the item, we reserve the right to process the order at the retail price. We will also offer the opportunity to cancel the order.
• We will honour request for credit on price drops that occur within 5 days of the original invoice date.  Price drops beyond this date will not be matched.
• If for whatever reason the customer cannot meet his payment commitment, all cost of collection, included but not limited to court costs, attorney fees and filing fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
